Active Staff Needed On Electronic Network!

I need some quality active staff members to become moderators and graphic artist for my forum.
The moderators will carry out the usual moderated task and make sure the rules are being followed and helping members throughout the site with anything.
The graphic artist will help make the forum look fresh and unique.
I need maybe 1 or 2 graphic artist who are experienced with photoshop and other graphic art programs to help make the site look nice and professional.
I need about 2 moderators to perform the task previously stated above.
