If you give me proper permissions, such as the right to take the cash away from users once their packages are complete, i will be more than happy to come back onto the team as the Package Team Leader.

What's so bad about not being able to take away the cash? And I'll see if I can do that.

It's not just the cash.

It's also the fact that i'd like to be able to edit all posts and be able to hire my own staff team.

And it's all part of running the service, and although it's your forum, if i'm the team leader i'd like it to be known that it's my service and i'm in charge of it.

Okay Say I were to let you edit all the posts of everyone in the packages section and let you recruit your own team, would that be good enough? Also I've heard many reports of you deleting posts on forums that were fine. Can you explain that?

Yes, there was an issue when i was a Moderator on Advertise Hotspot when my nephew got the computer and deleted some posts, Joel was very angry, but i helped him through the steps of getting a backup so he could get the posts back.

oh, it's only slow for IE, maybe you have a slow comp or there was a server problem when you were on because it wasn't slow for me and I use IE mozilla and GC.

yeah NP sometimes our servers go a little slow, but not too much. We may change servers soon.
