Animation
Animation
Application Used: Photoshop CS4
Instructions
- Open Photoshop and make new project.
- Go to "File" and click "Place".
- Select and open image you want to use in animation.
- Add some text, if you want animation to be blinking text (you can also export more pictures).
- Go to "Window" and check "Animation".
- At the bottom of Photoshop will appear a "box".
- At it, there will be one frame.
- Duplicate it, so there will be as many frames, as you want. In each frame, one change (ex. text adding) should happen.
- Then select first frame, and make everything but background image (step 3) invisible.
- Select second frame, and do the same as above. Repete this until, in last frame, everything will be visible.
- Click the text "0 sec." under the frame, and select how long you want the frame to be playing.
- If you want it to repete all the time, like here, under the frames select Forever. If you want it to be like here make it Once.
- Then go to "File", and DO NOT click "Save As", but click "Save for Web & Devices" (text might say only "Save for Web" or "Save optimized as...").
- Just hit "Save", and you're done. If you want to see the preview, click "Preview" and it will open in your webbrowser.

Sorry, I don't have GIMP, and I have no idea about it.

Re: Animation
Just post them in Show off.
Or here, if they're just for testing.
