Hey, I'd like to know where can I see how many AH cash I have, please? I'd like to request the global ad service and dunno if I have enough and I dunno how to donate either.

Your AH cash is located under your profile picture.
When you wish to request a service, all you need to worry about is if you have enough.
If you do, you request, and the Admins give or take cash as required.
